Laminated glass production line is a manufacturing process that is used to produce laminated glass. Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that is made by sandwiching a layer of plastic or resin between two or more layers of glass.

The production line typically consists of several stages, including glass cutting, washing, assembly, and pressing. In the first stage, glass sheets are cut to size and washed to remove any dirt or debris. The sheets are then assembled with the plastic or resin layer in between, and the edges are sealed to prevent any air bubbles from forming.

Once the laminated glass panel is assembled, it is placed into a vacuum bag and placed in a hot press. The press applies heat and pressure to the panel, causing the plastic or resin layer to bond with the glass layers. The panel is then cooled and inspected for quality before being cut to its final size and shape.
